Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, is a mental health disorder that can disrupt life for both adults and children. ADHD includes a variety of problems, such as impulsive behavior, difficulty focusing, and hyperactivity. ADHD can result in poor performance in work or school, unstable relationships, and low self-worth. Symptoms of ADHD commonly appear in early childhood. However, it may not be recognized or diagnosed until one reaches adulthood. While everyone has trouble concentrating at times, those with ADHD find everyday tasks to be a challenge. Difficulty with deadlines, prioritizing, and forgetting important events can make life a struggle. Yet, there are treatments, including medication, that can help manage these symptoms and allow you to get your life back on track

Forgetfulness, disorganization and constantly losing things
Trouble staying on task, multitasking and prioritizing
Poor time management skills
Procrastination and task paralysis
Trouble following through or completing tasks
Restlessness and inability to sit still
Talkativeness or constantly interrupting others
